Trying to get taxi on Eid
 

i picked the wrong day to try n get a taxi, been trying for 2hrs ...

everything shut down

I used to be in the taxi biz in NYC. The first two days of Eid Al-Fitr and Eid Al-Adha were my favorite days of the year to drive. Used to do like 40 hours with a couple naps in between. You won't be able to get a cab tomorrow either, in NYC, where almost 80% of all cab/livery drivers are Muslim.

In Malaysia, it's officially a two-day public holiday, but everyone takes the week. Like the week between Christmas and New Year's in the States.

Great for my pizza business though - raking it in!

Gotta love a guy with a New York cab business that moves to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia to start a Pizza company. :thumbsup:thumbsup
