banners = shit. put up images that look like streaming videos, leading to the sponsor and if they have them, a good episode trailer landing page.

I assume the 5k a day is to your site, 5% ctr on standard banners = 250 a day... not really much to go on. Get it up to 25% with decent text links + 'videos' that are just new banners, and you should see improvement on your earnings.

Marketing idea for you - use some BTS content from the blog http://blog.fantasymassage.com/ and link into the corresponding scene

Jel is right - banners have gotten so out there and people are so jaded to them, they aren't as productive as they once were - follow his tip on this.

I have iframe and flash ads that load randomly for every load, something like that also helps with this - it isn't always the same so it helps a lot.

Most massage sponsors are fake crap and all use the same girls/scenes. There is no money for affiliates.

Better try to rank locally and sell ads to massage parlors. They can afford to pay a couple of hundred bucks for adverts a piece.
