We know the owners of GFY have greatly but this isn't about that.

I have a paysite member who has been a member of a solo girl site for 5 years, the site ran out of new content years ago, content rotates in and out, he has been around to see the same content re-added many times. This isn't one of those members who join and forget they have a membership, he emails me when his login stops working occassionally.

If this wasn't an affiliate referred signup I would ask him why he continues to pay for something he already has seen and could download.

why do you care?

If he is happy, let him bill forever.

One thing that they taught about business when I studied business, is that don't question the things those make customers happy (can be applied outside business too), unless it is unlegal or something like that. If you have happy customer, good for him and for you.

I agree here - if this guy is that loyal, I'd send him an email and give him access to another site - at least for a month or so and maybe he'll stop paying the dead site and start the new one, or maybe not - maybe he just likes this site and there is no harm in that.

As long as he is in touch and he knows he's paying for it, then I would think he knows what he's doing and is quite happy - so take his money, let him know you appreciate his loyalty and do something nice for the guy and move on -

And SMILE - it isn't often someone is THAT loyal these days - so take it as a good thing - and not assume he's retarded - it is his money and he wants you to have it. ;)

Almost everyone is retarded in someone else's view, but bottom line, who are you to judge how he wants to spend his money? Or how he wants to consume your product? People pay for gym memberships every month ad never go to the gym. They pay for insurance and never make a claim, pay their cable bills and only ever watch re-runs. You don't need to save people from themselves, you actually can't even if you try, so take the money and say "thank you".
