Hiring: I've been told my design sucks

I have a new site and its been judged rather harshly, so I am entertaining new ideas for design.

A little about my site, so you have an idea of what I am doing. I have a 9 camera 2 model setup for a live voyeur site.

You can pay a studio or a single web designer. But I dont think design sucks and you could find templates even for cam sites.
