How many of these did you own ?? [pic]
Working from top left right through, i count 9.
http://s29.postimg.org/ltvv48mnb/consoles.jpg 1. PS3 2. Gamecube 3. Dreamcast 4. Megadrive (Genesis) 5. Mega CD 7. Atari 2600 8. Playstation 9. GameBoy Advance I can't see a PSP in that pic so i can add that aswell and i have a PS4 now also. I think out of everything, i probably put in more hours on my Sega Megadrive that anything else. Closely followed by Playstation 1. Mega CD was pretty neat at the time, but just not enough good games. Used to love my Dreamcast. Was gutted when that didn't last long. Had huge potential for a console... |
An early TV pong game, atari 2600, atari 5200, sega genesis, super nintendo, sony PSP.

Commodore 64 and a Gameboy!

I think at one point in time in my life, I had every single one of those consoles or devices. Yes, I was a very spoiled child. As an adult I've owned all of the Playstations and Xbox consoles since they've been released. The funny part, I really don't even play video games. My kids use it for games, I use the PS for BluRay and that's about it.
Great picture, it brings back a lot of memories. |
I collect video games. (Everything but handhelds)
Current systems I own are: Sega master system sega genesis model 2 Sega cd model 2 Sega 32x sega saturn sega dreamcast nes snes n64 Wii xbox xbox 360 Ps2 Ps3 Atari 2600 Atari jaguar 3do I have them all hooked up to one tv. Still want to get a turbografx 16 cd and colecovision. As well as the 3 current gen systems. I never bothered to buy a ps1 because the ps2 is backwards compatible. Same with the gamecube since the wii plays all those games. But I might buy a gamecube so i can add the gameboy player to it. |
None, I have PC.

I can remember my excitement when Daytona USA was coming out on Dreamcast. I put an absolute fortune into those machines at the arcade. The Sega Saturn version was horrible. It just couldn't handle the graphical power. The Dreamcast version was better, but still nowhere near the level of the arcade. They even disabled the online play altogether on it before it even started for some reason, which was one of the big selling points of it in the months leading up to it. Now, on PS3 i bought the game from the Playstation store a year or so ago for only a few pounds and it obviously is arcade perfect. So much so, that it actually looks like shit now :1orglaugh
Amazing how far games have come over the years... |
1. Atari 2600
