Cash4Kicks was running on NATS using CCBill Paid Program up until a few months ago and I decided to move away from this due to mixed feelings among affiliates.
I've reverted the program back to a CCBill stand-alone affiliate program and new and old affiliates can login or signup via www.cash4kicks.com

There are only a few basic tools there at the moment which needs updating but I hope to add more soon! There should be enough there to get people started.
