Now I am confused.

Is Ofcom now saying if your site hosts vids, but is on a blog, this is ok?

Or are they saying if you have only a few members its ok?

From this, it seems Ofcom are saying that if you have vids in your members area, then make it a blog as this way your site is not TV like!!!!!

Yes, they seem to be making the rules up as they go along.
