The world’s most pierced man, 53-year-old Rolf Buchholz, has been barred from Dubai, where officials at the airport denied him entry when he was on his way to a hotel appearance.
Buchholz has 453 piercings and two horns protruding from his forehead.
They put him on a flight to Istanbul, Al Arabiya News reports.
Buchholz swore to never return to Dubai.

At the end I got an answer why I can't enter Dubai: The Immigration thought I am Black Magic.

According to a spokesman for the hotel where Buchholz was scheduled to appear, the management failed, despite all its attempts” to win permission for him to enter the emirate.
Buchholz is an information technology worker and he was in the Guinness Book of Records in 2012 as the world’s most pierced man.

Ive travelled to more than 50 countries the world over. From what i've seen, Dubai is the most modern and luxurious city in the world...... but say 15 yrs from now, it'll be some other city somewhere else in the world :2 cents:

Have you been to Dubai?

There is no slavery - all the labour there go to Dubai because they like the environment and because they get better wages than in their home country. However, it is true that the labour comes from countries with the lowest GDP per capita (ie wages) in the world such as Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, India, Africa and Philippines. They also live in poor and cramp conditions.

I always laugh when these body mod guys cry foul. You made yourself into a freakshow, with the specific intention to stand out and "be different" and then are surprised when people treat you differently? Give me a fucking break.

I just watched it but have you actually been to Dubai? Experience trumps documentary -that guy probably needs to make some controversy to build his career.

I own substantial real estate in Dubai and I talk to the labour people all the time (I speak their language) and I talk to the plumbers, electricians, taxi drivers, hotel staff, labourers who build those tall buildings and all the other that move in and I'm pretty satisfied (at least from my experience) that over 90% are happy to be there.

The level of wealth out there is incredible - I cant believe they could be that mean to their labour people but, i'm sure there are some cases and also some unscrupulous labour agencies who probably make promises on higher wages than is real and in that case they are doing a misrepresentation just like an unethical salesman.

I like how he declares he will never travel there again, like it is some big loss for the people of Dubai. :1orglaugh
