Will GoDaddy Get Better or Worse Without Bob Parsons?
 

I know it's a few months ago, but I don't remember seeing this discussed here. Do you think Bob was pushed after being publicly outed as a psychopath? Will it make any difference to GD's ruthless business strategy?

Why GoDaddy's Founder Bob Parsons Is Leaving The Company

"In one breath, GoDaddy filed for a $100 million IPO. In the other it said that its famous, wealthy founder, Bob Parsons, has resigned as executive chairman.

Parsons is leaving the company to devote more time to his interests outside of GoDaddy, the company said in a press release. When companies make such statements, it often sounds like a euphemism for a power struggle that pushed the founder out."

Go Daddy is a company that wants to make a little money from a lot of people. He was a little over-the-top for that strategy to work, a lot of people were taking issue with some of his personal activities. I also wonder if he was blowing too much money on racing, poker, etc.
