A site for this domain pretty much creates itself. A rating site like the legendary Hot or Not or even the FaceMash site Zuckerberg created before Facebook. I have sold a similar, albeit longer (11 characters vs 8 characters), for 3k a few years back. This domain is shorter and the absolute perfect keywords to create a rating site about girls: could be adult or mainstream.
