Looking for Part-time work - 16 years 8in Adult Industry Projects
 

Before anyone gets all crazy - yes I have some work coming up and a few projects that are NOT in porn that I am working on getting off the ground - I just need a little part time temp work to keep me afloat until they start taking hold for me. If anyone has any or knows of any part time temp jobs, please let me know!

My strengths are vast - anything from Rep - support - members - affiliates - the lists goes on and on!

My weaknesses are design and programming - I can edit most but cannot do either from scratch - so if you need anything other than design or programming - I am what you need and want!!

Hit me up if you need work done - chances are I've done it, do it, or have experience in it - and if I haven't, there is a better chance I can learn it pretty fast. ;)

I have a couple of projects lined up I am working on now - I just need a bit of a boost til they are all up and going - both of which I am and will be very proud to be a part of - it just sucks pretty good to have bills to pay . lol

Stop coming to gfy to ask for jobs. You'll just get flamed by arseholes. Look at xindusty jobs, facebook pages and linkenin. Good luck.

Yeah I have done all of that, they dropped me thru the cracks, moved, been on trips and lord knows what all else so that's not been very fruitful - and this isn't a just me thing - I can't think of or have spoken to one single person they have found jobs for that I have seen anywhere. lol

No, absolutely not - just as another avenue - but I put no 100% faith in no one but me to find my jobs - I don't always find the best ones, but at least I do find them - :thumbsup

with this statement couldn't you approach ANY network and tell them you got the contact list and work out a % deal? if you truly have the contacts to get traffic to anyone who hires you a % only deal would work no?

Yes it is working out for me - as I mentioned, it isn't complete yet and they are just getting off the ground - so as you know, that is slow going to start - :thumbsup

I sent that link to someone else I know who is experienced and looking, just a couple of days ago. Apparently they did get back to him and the job is commission-only, no base.

Thus, no referral fee for moi :(

The first time I spoke to one of them, I think it was the very first one they posted - that was the issue and I can't work for straight commission - not with a family and bills to pay - lol

Actually teencat - this is a lot of my problem - I am being uber cautious and maybe in some cases too cautious - but I don't want anymore issues - every other time I was sent to someone - this time I am doing the interviewing - so to speak. :thumbsup

I am still doing interviews here - PLEASE only hit me up if you are seriously needing someone. This hitting me up and setting up an interview and then not showing up - or delay after delay or whatever else comes up - that doesn't help me or you!

IF you need and want to hire someone with experience and want to talk, I am all eyes and ears! I am a hard worker and a team player - and no one will be more loyal to your company (as long as you are a straight up company, of course).

If you just think you might or you just wanna shoot the shit, let's do that, but don't setup interviews and vanish into thin air without even a further word about it. lol

Have you made a list of companies you'd like to work for and hit them up directly? I know many solid companies that are no longer on GFY as much and it shows initiative on your part.

Several of them, yes - that's one of the first things I did - and either not hiring, don't hire reotes or some such thing - not all of them, but some - ;)

Actually that has been the very least of any concerns anywhere - A LOT of people want to hire me - but some either can't afford me, can't afford ANY EMPLOYEE for that matter - are new to the industry and the instant you start talking to them about how much work is involved they tuck tail and run - finding out it isn't a fast buck as they think - setup interviews and don't show up - some just haven't worked out - sure - but not the reasons you might think - all people just aren't compatible - but for the most part - it's pretty much they want someone for some 3rd world country salary or they don't have anything near ready to even start a program or need employees - this has been a great deal of it for the most part. lol
