Specific job requirements and responsibilities:

Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with the goal of driving new sales and revenue
Seek out strategic partnerships that are mutually beneficial and in line with company goals

Affiliate Sales & Management:

Research and acquire new affiliates for Caliporno site
Coordinate and distribute new promotional materials regularly
Optimize accounts of exiting affiliates to maximize earning potential
Vet and approve new affiliates.

Able to coordinate and maintain multiple objectives simultaneously
Works independently, communicates priorities and hits deadlines
Knows a lot about all areas of the business and can wear various hats as needed
Friendly, likable and genuine

Experience:

Traffic Acquisition/Media Buying ? CPM, CPC, CPL
Ad Optimization and Campaign Management
at least 5 years on the busniess
experience working with cam sites.

Position Overview:
Full-time, flexible hours.
Attend adult and mainstream trade shows as needed
