For the 10 000 € domain some statistics might help for selling it. Some standard formula is 3 x yearly revenues for the price. Although it's not a rule, more like a memory note or something.

I updated the price. If you have an account at sedo your can check to new price (for gamerfetish), for the other domains, you should be able to see it.
Your point of view to determine the price seems more reasonnable.
Realize that i don't have really experience with domains selling.
I saw usually high prices, so i set a high prices... as usual...
Also, there is an inherent value in the domain name, ok, busty pornstar photo is not an excellent name, but pornstar photo with a com tld is pretty short.

4-10 times mothly revenue in adult.

I somehow get the 10 months, but 4 months? Unless you are in serious need of cash, why not just wait for 5 months and you get even more + of course the monthly income before that comes.. monthly, so you don't really have to wait 5 months to get some money.
