smh photos even ones from different sites are repeating them self even when i click the non duplicate button any help ?

Can be done by means of altering your WP theme. You just have to modify the template which displays the gallery images (attachment.php).

There must be a code like this:

Yes, for a self hosted gallery such as http://demo.adultgallerypress.com/kaci-lynn-poses/ you can link to larger image or directly to sponsor links when using Adult Gallery Press.
