If you are asking about social media, I would definitely firstly try twitter, they do allow adult content and you can quickly gain a followers by simply following other users.

I have never had a problem with them so as far as I am concerned they are the best choice available to gain followers.

I recommend trying social media websites like Facebook (still, try redoing your pages there), Twitter, Pinterest, VK, Reddit, and StumbleUpon. Reddit would be probably the best way to go (research first how to do it on the Net).

The Best Traffic is facebook dude, just concentrate with facebook and make different pages let s say 10 pages with different pics and content ( Pay attention to make it soft ) in order to keep them. i know it s a hard job but i myself perfer to create profile and get quick friends and star to promote my sites through profiles :-)
