Chaturbate restriction of models on affiliate sites
 

Hi,

I have an affiliate site build on the chaturbate API. Today I got a message that states that a cam performer want to be excluded on my site.

My question is: is there an agreement in the terms when a webcam performer signs up to chaturbate, that he gives permission to be included on 3th party sites ?

Can't find it in the terms.

I keep having this happen:

I create screen grabs of a show. I link into the girls profile. I tell surfers to join and then friend her there. I make join sales. I know they are friending her. Then get DMCA notices to remove her content.

I am pretty sure there is an option for performers to click in their settings where they will not appear on white label or 3rd party sites, only the official one. If the performer doesn't want to appear, they just have to tick that box.

I thought taking screenshots was against the rules for CB. At least that's what they told me when I asked them if it was allowable. Maybe that's why you getting DMCA notices??

Performers can choose to apear only on chaturbate.com and not on the affiliates sites from their settings panel !

CB should educate the girls that Selecting to not be on 3rd party is cutting their income potential

Models tend to feel some type of way when they google themself and find out they are on

UglyFuckingWhores.com webcam site when they thought it was just chaturbate.com

When performers opt out of White-Labels they do receive a notice stating they'll be receiving less traffic.

Some dude was upset he was showing up on my WL api site in google.. should of used a different screen name :\

i think this should be the responsibility of chaturbate when they create their feeds.

Now if you were to be scraping the site and re-posting the content , well thats a different horse.

As far the geo specific flags in the xml feed , they have been discontinued

again if the model wants to be excluded from the W/L chaturbate shuld have her in the feed
