Russia sues Ukraine for war damage
 

"Russian lawmakers are reportedly moving to sue Ukraine for $1-billion for war damages.

Russia claimed that its Rostov region was shelled by Ukrainian forces, with evidence being gathered by Russia's Investigative Committee, The Speaker reported.

Russian lawmaker Roman Khudyakov said that Ukraine deliberately carried out the shelling.

"People have been killed and wounded, and many Russians have suffered damage to their property," Khudyakov was also quoted as saying."
