Is there a way to export ONE video file that will open up in pcs and mobile devices? I'm using adobe premier cc and I'm exporting in H.264. yet it will play on my pcs browsers not on mobile platforms. I have tried in every browsers available. HELP Thanks

mp4 H.264 should play on any device and pc.
Use Handbrake to convert your files to mp4.

I found a program iskysoft.com It works great..solved all my problems.

H.264 is good, but maybe use only the baseline profile to solve your compatibility issues.
