Newbie Here!! Hiring Web Designer/ and Buying Contract
 

Hi this is my first post and brand new to this. I have read many posts and forums so I think I know what I want but any advice or help is greatly appreciated. I think I have some unique ideas and niche ideas that would help bring in traffic. Please be as blunt as you want.


What I want/need: A designer who has experience with mechbunny tube script CMS who can make a custom landing page that can incorporate the videos on the tube site. For hosting I would like to use m3server. I think I would like to use SEO keywords and ads from crankrevenue. I would like to get content from partnership programs. I am also interested in traffic script exchange. If I?m missing something let me know. If you recommend something else to use I?m open to changes. Thank you! I have had a previous contract fall through so i am aware roughly what to pay and know premium work isn't cheap.

I am wanting someone with experience who can design this and make a contract to help ?hold my hand? as I create my website.
