No ruth I don't have any open tickey at the moment but my past experience with ticket support system in last few month is not good. You tech support team didn't every reply to ticket even after 3 - 4 days. The customer complaining here in this ticket complaining same. Did you people change or cut your staff out?

Just posting an update... Was an issue on my banks side, thanks to paxum and Ruth for keeping in contact with me until I got this resolved.
