Burger Lab, the best-selling gourmet burger joint in Kuala Lumpur, uses a "charcoal" bun as their signature bun since they opened two years ago. Great burger!

Squid Ink tastes slightly metalic but that's about it.

A little goes along way, I eat this alot and it's only got a little bag of ink, the sauce is a sofrito, just died black with the ink.
