Whats my Niche,Should I Sale,How could I Improve my Earnings?

I own and Operate TwerkTubeTv()com I started the site 2 years ago and hoped to really build it into a site that would one day pay my bills and let me work from home. I have poured hours per day into this site and learned a ton of skills. I started out knowing nothing about the biz and now I'm starting to take it serious! To be honest i still don't know everything I should, but one thing every expert tells me is that I should be earning way more than i do.

So here it is: My site has evolved from just Twerk videos to a full scale softcore,entertainment,hardcore tube site.

I don't really know my niche.
I have a list of keywords but I don't think I use them the proper way

My stats: 90k visitors 300k+ pageviews per month 89% USA traffic

I had 3 appraisals done all said the site is worth $18,000 - 30,000 and that I should be earning around $2,000 a month

truth is I make about $50 a month off banners and ads using JuicyAds and Plugrush

How can I make more money per month?
Whats my niche?
Should I just sale the site now and start flipping websites using the knowledge I've gained?
If I hired a partner what skills would you recommend them having in order to improve earnings?

Well this is coming from a complete amateur, but I will do my best to make some suggestions

First things first, I had to disable adblock to see any ads on your site (i suppose that's a given) but there's always the chance that many of your visitors are not seeing your ads at all. I believe there are ways to change the ads so that they aren't blocked, also that livejasmin shit is annoying...but people say it converts, personally it makes me leave the site that caused the pop-under.

The biggest tip I would have for you, is to pepper in the ads so they aren't a block of ads like the ones from plugrush that say "STOP Jerking off. Fuck at a moments notice"

Those are the same thumbnail size of your videos and look like they might be videos, but since they are all together and don't have the same outline as your videos, it's an obvious set of ads, you are already on a porn site, enjoying free vids, why would you bother clicking an ad?

Take a look at efukt.com, he pulls the peppering method off perfectly, every now and then one of his videos in the usual lineup is actually an ad, it's not super easy to tell and you have to know what to look for in order to avoid it. If you could get your ads to look just like your video links, and randomly throw them in there so that most of the time they get a video and every now and then they click an ad, I think that would help you out a lot.

Do you know if there is a way to create a post that redirects to a ad? I'm using wordpress so I don't know a lot of options to make it happen.

also do you know how to make ads show up even if adblock is running? I see other sites doing it but can't seem to make it happen myself

Unfortunately I'm not a programmer and I've never used wordpress so I personally have no idea on either of those. Hopefully this bump will help someone else come along and help out with that!

its not that hard to tell what your niche : just look at videos on your tube i can see few types :)

tube > ebony - amateur -multi niche

the music videos are kind of bizarre
