Pay attention to the names that get tagged often in tweets, as they are usually the big players over there. Try it yourself too, but retweet some of their tweets first.

#MirrorMonday, #TittyTuesday, #WetWednesday or #AssWednesday, #ThongThursday, #FriskyFriday, #SexySaturday, and #SexySunday or #SinfulSunday

You have to be careful when buying a traffic from twitter, check the accounts, if there are not bots.

All good advice, also follow the bigger accounts before tagging them. Another good thing is don't clog their TL's, they hate when someone is trying to get their attention and they bombard that twitter handle. I have a pretty big one with over 137k followers built from scratch. Let me know if you need anything.
