How do member sites work with google? I've read my site needs to be updated to keep google happy for my search engine results and all, but my website is a members only website with only one public page. Does google crawl my member pages somehow?

Should all of my SEO be done on the one page that is public?

If your members area is password protected, Googlebot cannot crawl it. However, if you're using GA on protected pages, in theory, google has a view of your pages...
