This plugin can do that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/cybersyn/

1) Upload it to your site and activate it.
2) Enable the "Link to source" option.
3) In all posts you want to link to a link to an external URL, create the "cyberseo_post_link" custom field and put your link there.

That method works with any site/theme.

I might want to use your services soon looking at your Sig...since I want to do some autopilot adult stuff, way too hard to update adult content with a 2 1/2 year old around.
