Converting M2i Files to WMV

Hey guys I used Sony Vegas to convert M2t files to WMV's... does anyone know any free software that does the same ? :helpme

m2i files are Movies for IPhone right?

I'm pretty sure ffmpeg can convert that to wmv. I have never tested it though as I don't use this type of file.
