Since this guys will to bring this to the "public" then this is what happend:

1- this guy Odessum get his performers to work with me, he was supposed to get pay a flate rate for each one of her perfomers, good i agree on that. So this nice and good performers starts from the begining to tell the customers to not spend money on my site and instead of this to go for a dutch site called islive.com, and this where happening from the day #1.

So i get in touch with this guy and told him to conduct her girls,and he was like ohh yes i didnt know im not right now in the country im on vacations will talk with the manager bla bla bla, that didnt happend and the girls keep doing the same, so this was happend like 3 times, so the customer start to send emails complaining about this situation he have from several girls, so i start to check the chat logs and i saw that this was happening with other customers, so i simple didnt pay you for that, you didnt get pay and you wont get pay.

there was another girl asking this customer for money and he told me right away, so i let him know to please get his money back and to send her my phone, im still have every single line of this girl asking me for $2500 and telling to not go to my site and that she was told by you to tell this to the customers, so this is called, playing your game.

Your not getting pay so go get your shit with you and your dutch website back to the cave.
It was stated from the begining and i was very light on this situation with you ut you obviously didnt care about that so yes your not getting anything from me.
Regardint the fake performers there where banned thank you for the advice ;)

Yes there's not really any excuse not to pay your models. If they fuck up fire them, but pay them anyway. If they were onsite employees there's no labor board in the world that will let you get away with not paying for their time.

I guess that's a good reason not to work with locals, if you don't intend to pay then you want your models as far away as possible.

Yes and he was under a contract and i have warned him 3 times, ignoring my own guidelines on the contract just being light on the situation, first he one of his girls where fired, but that never happend and this girl where doing the same, so i had to do his job by my own, and this happend to every single girl right over there, the answer of all this problem was allwas: "im on vacations out of the country will tallk with the guy in charge", that didnt happend but he suddenly get back to his vacations ounce i told him that he was ban from the site without getting pay, it was stated from the begining and yes its not the first time he do the same to other sites and its not the first time that he dont get pay for his "wonderful work" now im not sure why did you come over here yelling, since i really dont know who you are or so on, so if you really have somenthing your good to go russell.

I don't think anybody ripped anyone, or I would have been freaking out previously. My site went live in July 2012 so it was def. first, but there isn't a hugely intuitive templating system. I had a designer customize my site a little, which may be the only reason it isn't straight pixel for pixel identical cause it looks like the other is using an out of the box default. I have a new design supposed to be released "this weekend" for the last 8 weekends or so. Designers, lol. What can you really do?
