Paxum not sent credit card

For two months paxum can not send a card! My card today expired, but should work was one day! They have some problems with the release of cards?

Don't worry, Ruth and Chris will be along shortly to promise to fix the problem and subtly suggest that you didn't get your card because of something you did wrong rather than admit their company's numerous and significant shortcomings.

Hi Tagir,

We apologize for the delay with processing your new card. Please keep an eye out for an update to your open support ticket for more information, as we will update you there.

Thanks,

Ruth :)

Hey ContentPimp,

Let me know your email address with us (or your ticket # if you've opened one) and I'll be happy to look into it for you. It's entirely possible that we may need a new proof of address for your account. Have you checked the Message Center of your Paxum account lately for any notices?

Ruth :)

I submitted all required documents 19 days ago, but the status of my new card is "Pending
(Additional information required to be processed)"
I want to know why the status is not "shipping or printing"? And when the status will be "shipping"?
Ticket Id: #259507
Thanks

No, we can only provide one Paxum Payroll Card to each individual client. Therefore if you have a Personal account and a Business account, then you can only request a card for ONE of your accounts.

Ruth is to Paxum like Bari was to Moniker. Both work(ed) in sales and are/were the only real source of support you can get, when they reply. Without them, the company's they rep'ed went to crap. It's actually telling when you need to contact Sales people to get any sort of support.

Admittedly, I find Paxum's ticket support system discouraging as well as frustrating, especially in terms of ticket response times. It'd be nice to see Paxum staff an office with qualified support personnel, based in North America.

Very similar to Michael-O from ePassporte.

While I appreciate your kind words, I do have to respectfully disagree.

Our support crew responds to tickets within 24 hours, and they strive to provide a quality customer support experience. To accomplish that they have the ability to involve different internal departments as needed. We always provide the option for every client to give feedback about any support ticket opened with us, and our Head of Support regularly reviews that feedback and informs/trains staff accordingly.

Both myself and Chris have been very available to all Paxum clients through GFY, SKYPE, Email and other contact avenues, and we both try to assist where we can, but ultimately when situations are resolved, that is usually the result of the efforts of our support staff.

There have been a few threads posted here on GFY where I have been provided the associated ticket number, checked on it, and discovered the situation was already resolved, or that the client had already been informed. That had nothing to do with me since it happened before I even knew about it, and that attests to the effectiveness of our support staff.

Chris and I will continue to assist whenever and wherever we can, but please recognize that Paxum is not just me and Chris, Paxum is a whole team of dedicated people working hard to ensure each of our clients receives the best possible service.

:thumbsup

TeenCat 10-08-2014 05:18 PM

yes, paxum support is not bad, but it is always better if on the other side is someone who knows you are not just some other ticket in the system, but there is someone who you see alive every day on for example forum :winkwink: reps on boards are great thing, keep it up! :thumbsup

We'll agree to disagree as it pertains to Paxum's support system.

All that aside, credit where credit is due. Had it not been for you actually getting something accomplished there over the years, I'd have left long before now regardless. Frankly, about the only thing I will miss in dealing with Paxum going forward is knowing I could rely on you to get anything done. Beyond that, Paxum is/was replaceable. To that end, thanks for your efforts over the years.

Best regards.

Tagir 10-22-2014 05:10 AM

Prematurely, I was happy! Promising that next week! And now: 'The card was not processed due to an error at the bank. We have already resubmitted a request for it to be processed with priority. ' Card not creating! Fuck!

ZeroHero 10-22-2014 07:06 AM

I got new one months before it expires

A D 10-27-2014 10:41 AM

Same here,
2 months spent in tickets verifying my address, blud tests, IQ level etc.
and still nothing

codingwelt 10-27-2014 10:59 AM

Sounds like my opening process... Sent in a valid trading license (which is everything you get in Austria, as long as you're not a company with limited liability, stock company or join-stock company) with valid name and address, though they denied it because my company name (fantasy name that is totally legit in Austria for small businesses as long as it's not used/owned by another company) did not match the name on my trading license, though my name was on there...

I almost went to send in a sample of my blood and urine, so they can verify that it's really me, who's opening the account.

Opening process with Payoneer went smooth and received my CC today, 5 days after opening the account.

Diomed 10-27-2014 05:36 PM

Ruth,

lets face it.. You couldn't tell the truth if you wanted to.

Your in a stuck position, defending a shit service (a huge gap in the market for someone to do things correctly btw.. I miss epassporte when it wasn't ripping folks off) because you are paid to defend said service.

That is just on the service side of things.

The hoops people have to jump through to even get in are simply oustanding.

L-Pink 10-27-2014 05:39 PM

Most popular GFY thread title ever.

CaptainHowdy 10-27-2014 06:40 PM

My new card is arriving before the old one expires.

Paxum is a great service, not a snake pit like some other services so it needs our support.

NaughtyRob 10-27-2014 06:56 PM

My old card is expired, new one was supposedly sent on Sept 29th. Still not here yet. I can't take $ out of Paxum because of this and its just a renewal. Ridiculous.

NaughtyRob 10-27-2014 06:59 PM

Not for us in the USA...

Is Ruth still working there?
Got no answers since 1 week on skype and 3 weeks at her mailaddy.

This is ticket number 5 within one month... #263534, copy/paste stuff comes back, it's not that they look in the "problem", who is none.

I'm with paxum right after the epass debacle, got a card to the same adress 2 years ago, just made it here by pure luck the 2nd time as I needed to pay$95,they don't put the full adress, snip parts, who can be confusing.
Not to mention they printed my name wrong at the card, a missing "e" in the middle of the last name, so much to "verifying everything".

Good Luck in your card adventures;-)

Yep, I'm still with Paxum. What is your Skype ID or email so I can check? (Please PM me if you don't want to post it)

Another ticket and another promices. 2 weeks ago i was told that my card application sent to the bank and card will be printed shortly. After 2 weeks paxum promice me to send card application shortly and card will be printed this week.

so fucking nice .........

MaDalton 10-28-2014 12:23 PM

usually i have no problem with Paxum but what I don't understand is why it takes almost 7 weeks between my docs being accepted and the card being actually sent - 3 days before the old one expires and therefore definitely will not arrive in time.
