The first two weeks she spent in jail were the police's fault. The rest was her own. Even though she was innocent she should have went to court and waited for the lab results to clear her.

I have a feeling this isn't the first time she has had run is with the law.

I think she is going to get paid as well. There are several things here to bring up in her case including how a field test kit can return a positive meth result on spaghetti sauce and then how she had to sit in jail for 2 weeks after that happened.

Many people, if they were sent to jail for 2 weeks would likely lose their jobs and have serious problems in their lives from it.

As far as the second stint in jail is concerned, she could have avoided that.

According to the article, those with high scores were not even interviewed and the court considers it a reasonable means of combating high turnover rates. They don't deny it or explain it away. I'd say we're living the outcome today and I would ask "hows it workin for ya" in a Dr Phil accent.
