After my recent bad Luck to find or to be a part of a publisher/advertiser ad platform white label self serve bidding software, i was wondering if any one here would know a company who sell or partnership their software so I could use it ?

i have find " ad gear " but their rates % a little high or if im mistaken about their rates
please enlight me :helpme :thumbsup
