no trolling serious thread:ribs!
I had to 2 racks babybacks... so I dusted with chili powder, coated with orange marmalade, then sprinkled with brown sugar... smoked about 3.5 hours at 220 deg , tinfoil wrapped with dried fruit, nuts and bbq sauce for 2 hours at 220deg ...unwrapped for about 1 hour at 220 deg....all this was in a smoker... whoa...!! now that's damn serious! :thumbsup

I pre-smoked several racks a few months back, coated them with my homemade bbq sauce, then froze most of them for later. Put one in the oven last week with some rice, mushrooms, onions and spices and damn did it ever come out perfect. Those pigsicles just fell apart I tell you. |
