Fun for the whole family! Glad we get it total here in Vegas!

this is going to be a rare and special eclipse, weather permitting!

I thought we just had one of those a couple months ago.

while there was an eclipse recently, it was not a rare selenenion eclipse like this one, nor was it a blood moon like this one, also, the moon will also appear much bigger for this event, due to the relationship to the horizon at this time of year.

this is a very unique event.

Typical - We miss it in Europe...

I'll be up .. and at HIGH altitude in the Western Colorado Rockies to boot! Celestial bodies are ALWAYS brigher from up here.

Boo on the time of 5am! I will set my alarm, get up, look at it, scratch my balls and then go back to bed.

Would love to let my son watch but at that time there is NO way. School in the AM.

Been awake all night, but didnt know this was happening and now I've missed it :( !!

I'm on the east coast for vacation and had an awesome view of the moon and sunrise. Could not have had a better morning for it.

Where I live I had a great view of the moon. It was more like a light orange than red, but still very cool looking.
