Is Ebola in the UK?

I didn't really understand this news article. Does this mean ebola is already in the UK?

Don't they imply that they got it in UK (or place they were before UK) and not in Fyrom?

The implication is that he contracted it in the UK despite not having traveled to Africa, or beien in contact with anyone who did.

Which is a little bit worrying.

No, it is Macedonia the British man died, although, not sure of travelling from the UK or from Africa.
