Okay, I've a got model, I've got a studio - but what next?
 

So I've been managing a pretty hot modelmayhem girl for a while. She's great at video and we're trying to step it up to the next level. Like I said, got the girl, got the studio, now what is next.. I'm not looking for someone to tell me step by step (unless you want to ;) just point me in the right direction, I'll do the research.

These are newb questions so go easy on me. I am totally new to this aspect of the game but everyone has to start somewhere.

Things I've been pondering:

Producing custom content: how are packages usually put together, how to do I decide to price them, how do I market?

Clips4sale: I've still got a lot of research to do on this site any tips would be appreciated.

MyFreeCams: I'm making this chick get online in her free time. I've read a few tutorials with tips for the models and she sounds perfect for the gig. Just wondering if there are any webmastery type tips on maximizing her profile's search potential, and other ways to market her cam.

Basically here I'm trying to figure out what is our first step. We have basically no start-up capital so we're going to have to start from the bottom. But that's how us no capital folks have always had to do. ;)

Hi, if you have the model, you have the studio...START TO SHOOT!

Try to make as much you can. Photos and Clips. Some months or years later you wonder why you not do.

I didn't know about your studio. You made a own, rent / day or flatrate? But if youhave, use it.

Clips4Sale is a way. But not easy. Service is good, there are many customers in. But also many,many studios and models. You have to create a very special content to attract the buyers. I recommend to open a membership site in C4S. An update these frequently, and hold a good contact with your customers.

Make a own website and link it with your Clips4Sale Studio. Make a Facebooksite for your model and promote it. It brings fans and customers.

Shoot her for a couple hours every day for 2 weeks.
Make 8-15 minute clips and sell them on clips4sale.
Answer her custom ads and charge 10-15 dollars a minute for them.
Sell those on clips4sale.
Try selling across different sites, start a membersite, sell dvds.
Whatever.
After a couple years, sell the content by the bundle.
Redo the process.

As the previous poster said... Shoot, shoot, shoot.

You've got a hot girl... shoot as much as you possibly can as quickly as possible.
