General Balkan place has many problems... As in past game Romania against Hungary has problems, Serbia against Albania, Greece against Turkey and FYROM... all countries here has "historic" problems with each other...which I think is "good" for countries like USA and Russia which has biz here... Albania has support from USA and all we know that. If hasn't that support will never did something like that...
