At 3:30 PM I had a delicious filet of salmon, skin on. I baked it. Had a side of green beans and a sugar-free red bull. Afterwards I used the restroom, I was hoping to have a bowel movement because I am quite gassy today but unfortunately nothing happened. Will try again later tonight after dinner. Stay tuned for the late-night update.

Why would I want to burden a friend when GFY works just fine for me...and has for the past 12 years. I have lifetime friends from grade school thru highschool some from the military and a few from university...thank you very much. Now feel free to go fuck yourself.
