Real Reason for US Ban on Alcohol = Henry Ford and his Ethanol Car, Rockerfeller Enacted Prohibition
From 37 Seconds...
Henry Ford was producing ethanol compatible cars, and supplied 25% of the mid-western fuel market, until John. D. Rockefeller, the founder of Standard oil had prohibition enacted |
ethanol is not a very good fuel on a chemical PoV (already partially oxydated)

Cool story,
And now for a simple little fact that makes this moot. Yes, Ethanol was banned during Prohibition ... And now for the BUT... If it was combined with gasoline as a mixture it did not fall under the ban. What does this mean... The ban on Alcohol had zero possible impact on Ethanol as a fuel, to use it as a fuel it is combined with gasoline. That's why it was still being used during Prohibition. |

the real reason for the ban is that the USA is not free, it has never been free and will never be free...you just talk yourselves in to thinking that you live free just like north korea thinks its free :thumbsup

It still takes too much regular diesel in your tractors growing for ethanol to be viable in most areas outside of brasil.
