I have come to poo-poo most of these obscure payment methods. But I wanted to wait for comments because you never know when something is a real "sleeper."

Paysafecard is used quite a bit online. Rates are higher then many of the other alternatives.
You see it on file lockers because it can be largely anonymous, can be used only once and as you said for them chargeback free. I did see it used on many non-sketchy sites as well.
