Best CMS for a solo girl babe site?
 

Hey guys, got a solo girl coming into my network, currently using mechbunny to handle niched tube/paysite hybrids and I am fine with that but I feel for this I need a good CMS that meets the following requirements:

1) Easy Nats integration
2) good handling of photo sets
3) hi def. video player
4) can deliver content to mobile users
5) won't break the bank
6) won't break my server
7) intuitive templating system
8) good support

I tried 20 sites in the lot and all of them. I do mean ALL of them, were dead. That's not good for me.

Maybe your best bet is to hire a designer and programmer to setup a basic solo girl setup and just use jwplayer and a gallery script like menalto. You can reduce your cost to a few one time fees and then duplicate the same setup for other models you have rolling in. If you want any private/detailed advice just icq me :)

i am sure Konrad can modify MechBunny for a solo site CMS for less money than one year of Elevated-X.

Our CMS has a small footprint.
We only use MySQL on the CMS backoffice, data to populate the webpage is given in JSON and only exported when a change occurs.
So, MySQL connections are reduced to 'zero'.

Since data it's what our CMS provides, in JSON files, it adapts to any desired design and technology/scripting language - PHP, Ruby, pearl, JavaScript and JavaScript template engines, like Mustache, etc.

absolutely, the awiz system is the cms, to create galleries, the mmbers areas movies & photo sets. It does not make traffic & does not create the actual site layout or content :2 cents:

All you need is ElevatedX CMS. Mobile setup is not comes by default with ElevatedX you need to pay extra. What we do is to keep the video in MP4 format to play in all devices instead of getting offering user a mobile setup.

Also in this tight adult market we have to look areas where we can save money and spend into right direction.

TooMuchMedia > Carma is also good but we didn't user it but few our friend using it and happy with them as well. If you looking for a long term CMS better you have buy the copy instead of paying every month license. ElevatedX or Carma only.

I dont see any reason why you could not do this with Word Press - FOR FREE. It is easy and can be installed in a few seconds.

Just use a good gallery plugin (shitload to choose from) and mp4 player .. these might be the only cost to pay, but still just a small one time fee.

And there are endless additional features available through plugins.

If it is a solo girl site, especially new one, you sure arent going to update 5x a day. All those expensive solutions are waste of money in this case.

Well. I would update this page. It makes them seem unprofessional to showcase dead sites and low quality sites. It makes it seem like they haven't updated this page in ages and if their product is not being updated regularly.

This page should be their biggest seller, but it actually turned me away from them.


It may be an excellent product. It's just not the idea I get by visiting this page.

I never understood why WordPress seems to always be neglected. It's a pretty solid product and I agree 100%.

Hey guys thanks for all the feedback. I think I will be looking at awiz.

As for the others;

Carma - I had some limited experience with Carma before and while I am sure it's fine for programmers and designers, people who understand templating and stuff like that it just wasn't for me, I have a marketing and accounting background and I need stuff that just works, out of the box, and simple instructions on uploading video and pics.

As you can see here https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=923823&highlight=carma I requested design help with Carma in 2009 and got some crickets, a suggestion that I get something else and an offer to sell me a license. Not exactly the outpouring of support I would have hoped for. This is after requesting a designer referral from TMM and being told they "didn't provide referrals like that".

ElevatedX seems like a great product but I would like to have more than one site on it to justify the monthly cost and I am not even close to that point yet.

Wordpress I have used quite a bit but not for anything mission critical, seems like too much work to fight off the hackers and script kiddies.

Awiz doesn't do content conversions, mobile, or most of the stuff on your list. That was a funny suggestion.
