Description
Identify and secure new advertisers
Generate repeat sales from existing advertisers
Work with Publisher team to identify and secure new mobile internet sites
Identify and deliver to each publishers KPIs e.g. eCPM, average CPC, fill rate etc. in order to secure long-term agreements
Identify and deliver to each advertisers KPIs e.g. CPA, in order to secure long-term agreements
Manage supply and demand balance between advertisers and sites
Develop ad-serving algorithms, inventory management and quality assurance technology with tech team

Qualifications and Skills:
In your past roles you will have digital advertising sales experience
Experience of the mobile world is a huge plus but not essential. Mobile web is similar to fixed internet so demonstrable success with online ventures is relevant
You will have a verifiable track-record in delivering on your targets.
