Who works with AdEngage Popups? really 1:24?!
 

Hello!
I added their code to my site and got several popups
I contact support and got answer, that Popup opens 1:24 hours
then I start checking some time
and got these results, popup opens every 2 minutes, its 1:24 hours ????
if any works with them can you check your popups ?
you got it every 2 mins too or 1:24 hours ?

Can you post a screenshot from your code settings? ( exactly where it shows 1:24 hours) and also based on my experience their customer service is the fastest and I'm able to speak with them anytime on Skype ( emails and tickets takes up to 24 hours ) .please add the screenshot and I will speak with CS regarding this issue.

Im my account setting I dont see that shows 1:24 hours
I asked AdEngage support, and they told me that info

XXXBizXXX, if you work with AdEngage
can you test your popunder code and say if have pop every 2 mins

I tested my popup codes and everything is fine in my end. I guess you've better try contacting Bill and I'm sure he will fix it for you if there is an issue.
