1) I would need one more, good ad company, in order to add it to the mix.
2) Do you have some kind of info on how these affiliate programs work. Are they all good / ok? Things like that... I wanted to use Reporo, but they dont have an affiliate program yet.

We work with TrafficHunt.com which currently doesn't have a referral program but it's definitely something we'll consider adding. Thanks for the idea :-)

Do other ad networks pay for referring advertisers, publishers or both?

Looking at this Exo page it seems like it's only for referring publishers:

YIkes,there is a flood lately of CPA brokers - kimia,kissmyads,slimspots,mobidea,bitterstrawberry ,you name it.Still,nice concept,definitely better then click CPM/CPC model.
