Setting up a new tube site
 

I'm looking at starting up a niche tube site. I'd like to populate with sponsor vids only, no scraping big sites etc. As I'm interested in providing relevant content rather than millions of scraped vids. Is this feasible, viable, wise or downright impossible and stupid? Newbie here, want to do the right thing, go easy on me :thumbsup

A lot would depend on the niche...and how much sponsor content that you can acquire.
A tube site with 23 videos would be kinda lame...

Get some experience first you can always move the traffic later to suit. Sure unique content is best but you don't have to have your unique content on the same site as your tube...

Hi have a tube site just for jizz and it does pretty good. Facials, creampie, etc. I have over 1,000 sponsor vids.

I agree that a tube site with few videos would be lame. But, unless his niche is super rare, why would he have problems getting a lot of sponsored content? Seems like most sponsors have hundreds of vids available, no?

if you are going to invest time and money , then dont do niche tube.,
start general tube with all niche, get dumps from sponsors , or 3rd party sites like signbucks.com

start promoting programs only those whose affiliates payments are handelled by IPSP, like ccbill, epoch , verotel,

write custom unique title,descrption for each video,
do it daily , everyday., dont host videos (if you cant afford the hosting bills.)

make sure your titles are unique by searching in the google like this "this is my title"

create google regular sitemaps and video sitemaps.,

dont add popunders, just banners .... make your own banners / get them custom made.

promote cams. offers + dating offers. on other pages, on video pages add sponsor banners or custom banners for that specific sponsor whoose videos are the page..

allow signup on your tube., allow login with facebook,twitter,google id ...

mail your users new offers.

get discounted links from programs and mail them to your members.,

dont allow uploads.,

later allow uploads for programs only, contact programs for the same.

ask program whether can you upload videos to tubes with your watermakr on them .
then watermakr sponsor videos with your domain and upload them to tubes .

I would think so. Helps your tube be diverse, you can monetize it, etc.
Also, the majority of my content, coincides with websites in my affiliate program, so you can get the content, as well as have a place to promote via the affiliate program.
A good # of people getting my content have done this.
