Im down on everything still it sucks big time no idea why but its given me a big kick in the arse to build more sites and improve on the ones i already have.

Mmm... just check the numbers. About on par with the last couple of Novembers. i.e. Above Octobers, which were above Septembers. Normality here!

Certainly nothing to be "thankful" for that's fucking sure!!

maybe it has something to do with recent hacks to databases with many many credit cards that got stolen....maybe

Indeed! Card issuer are declining the transaction for some reason.... Acquirer cant do any thing if issuer not authorising the transaction. It happen to us on many occassion that our own merchant accoubt unable to took money out from card but orher biller in cascade billing successfully took money out and its just under 2 minutes time! May be card issuers dont like certain acquirer or merchants like epoch, ccbill, zombaio, segpay etc etc Only billing personal can answer this.
