We set out to make payments faster and more fun, but we also know that security is essential when you?re dealing with money. Square has a ton of experience in this area and our teams have been hard at work to make Snapcash a great experience for everyone. For now, Snapcash is available to Snapchatters in the United States who have a debit card and are 18 or older.

Whatever they say, snapchat is used to send naked pics (sexting) and adding option to send $$ simply make it an adult cam site tool much like myfreecams.

There was stickam.com , with chatrooms full of under 18 people in cam, some of which naked (as it happens with omegle and chatroulette), but they also had paid rooms (unlike omeand and cr), so it could work like a cam site for the (whatever aged) performer to show for cash. Stickam closed in 2013 without specify why, so guess why. More info here:
