My point was that that sentence did not make sense, if satirically you say that said person is a member of a church you can not say that she is atheist as well, because it kind of negates the whole satire/sentence.

Do you understand what the word "satire" means? Also, being a member of a satirical "church" doesn't mean you do or don't lack a belief in a deity.

All that's required to honestly call yourself an "atheist" is a lack of belief in any and all deities. That's it. Being apart of a group that mocks the institution of religion doesn't negate that in any way whatsoever.
