I've never used any of these, just seen them in stores and online.

EDIT: Looks like the Walmart card is a Greendot card according to the terms

they have different type

american express is good, but not taken at all places, easy to load now at most drugs stores, but like i said not taken at all places and westernrunion uses netpsend same card

Most of them will not work overseas if you're looking for payout options. And will require your SS# as well.
