I totally agree. I never recycle and I think that those who do are typically hypocrites...I also despise electric cars and those who drive them for environmental reasons (bullshit)!

The earth is a closed system and as such nothing is leaving...only getting changed in form. You can not destroy energy but just change the form. So nothing you or I do will change the world at all in the long run.

This species of human will not be remembered 10,000 years from now when some pandemic has wiped us out. Nature will reclaim all of our buildings and trash we have left behind just like coral reefs have absorbed ship wrecks.

You as an individual are lucky to be alive. Your ancestors were strong enough to not die out and managed to fuck enough that you are here. Embrace their efforts and take what is yours! Claim and enjoy the life they gave you and kick some ass while you can...you will be dead soon enough and nothing really matters!
