With over 500 orders in the queue at any one time, they must have a small army of workers performing these tasks.

The turnover of this Israeli company must be fucking huge. In recent weeks, they added an additional processing charge onto all orders that are paid for from Paypal etc.

I've gotten some great deals from people on Fiverr. I've all but given up on hiring people via odesk/freelancer. Anymore I just turn to Fiverr.

Some do. I used a guy to synch and edit a three-camera clip shoot. About 12 clips running from 7-18 minutes. I told him it was adult fetish. He had no problem and charged me $5 for every 5 minute segment!
