Woman Drinks Gallon Of Water Every Day For 4 Weeks

Sufficient daily water intake is vital for virtually every function within our bodies yet fewer than one in five of us drinks enough.

Sarah Smith is a 42 year old mother of two young kids in the UK. She, like many others, openly admitted to not drinking the recommended 2 to 3 liters of water daily. She suffered from poor and sluggish indigestion and regular headaches. Following consultations with medical professionals for both issues she decided to take heed of the advice given – in both cases she had been told that she needed to up her intake of water. She decided to document and photograph what happened in a self imposed experiment whereby she would drink 3 liters, just over 5 pints, of water per day, every day for an entire month and see if she could feel any benefits.

At the outset Sarah took a long hard look at her face noting that “I am 42, but have to admit I look more like 52 in this picture, which is shocking. There are dark shadows under and around my eyes, which make me look exhausted, a profusion of wrinkles and strange reddish blotches, and my skin lacks any lustre. It looks dead….even my lips look shrivelled.” She spread the water out during the day aiming to drink a big jug of water in the morning, another in the afternoon with a third in the evening.

I guess I missed the part in your post where the gallon of water blows up on her and its all part of a false flag operation.

RyuLion 11-22-2014 07:31 PM

I drink a lot of water too, that's why I still look early 20's..

L-Pink 11-22-2014 07:35 PM

I no longer believe in before/after photos.

I do however drink a lot of water.

bagfull 11-22-2014 07:38 PM

i would fuck her, if her breath dont stink

Sly 11-22-2014 07:38 PM

Anecdotal.

No stats. No blood tests. Not even a mention of difference in weight (which there should be.) Mentions of red flag, no meaning words such as "toxins."

With that said, we all should drink more water!

Photoshop has fucked up the legitimate before and after photos. To her defense I do think that it is possible.

Before and afters were tampered and manipulated on film long before the advent of photoshop.

Penny24Seven 11-22-2014 08:23 PM

Come on. It is clear that she used half a gallon to wash her face each day and she drank the rest
Do they have gallons in the UK?

MrBottomTooth 11-22-2014 09:05 PM

She better hope it's not fluoridated.

So lets see man drinks gallon of beer a day.

lock 11-22-2014 10:22 PM

Better story would have been woman drinks gallon of cum for 4 weeks.

hottoddy 11-22-2014 10:24 PM

Many articles and studies show that the "8 (8 ounce) glasses per day" is not backed by any science, and overconsumption can be downright dangerous. So, go ahead and drink water but there are no benefits from quaffing mass quantities.

K R I S T E N 11-22-2014 11:39 PM

I do this on and off 1 week on, 3 weeks at least 3 liters/day. I REALLY think that this is why people think I look 8-10 years younger than I am.

CurrentlySober 11-23-2014 12:01 AM

i cunt a4d a Gallon Of Water... :(

incredibleworkethic 11-23-2014 12:14 AM

Yeah anyone can make a good before and after photo. Water is definitely essential. I find when I have stomach ache, or I feel tired, or I've had too much coffee, water seems to refresh me. If I piss yellow, I think more water :).

PornDiscounts-V 11-23-2014 12:31 AM

She was and still is lacking in sleep. Now she has water weight that may spell high blood pressure and stroke risks.

2MuchMark 11-23-2014 12:36 AM

Of course drinking water is necessary and I'm pretty sure we don't drink enough. I'm also pretty sure that drinking more water is good for your skin, etc.

However this picture is bullshit:

And it is very very easy to see why. Forget photoshop: There is another indicator that this photo is an unfair representation of the story. Look closely - do you see it?

Look at her eyes. In her eyes, you can see the reflection of the flash that was used to take her picture. The flash is situated just behind and just above the photographer, which would paint a rather flat, full light on her face, hitting it directly, creating little to now shadows.

In the picture on the left, the flash is higher. This makes her nose create a shadow obviously, but her cheeks and eyebrows are also casting a shadow.

Even if the article and photographer claimed no photoshop, it wouldn't matter. The slight difference in the angle of the flash makes a huge difference.

However: Drink more water anyway. It's Good and good for you.

shake 11-23-2014 12:40 AM

I've got this giant 1 liter beer mug, fill it with water twice a day, it makes it a little more fun to drink water...

Phillipmcd1 11-23-2014 03:56 AM

I've been doing that every day for 11 years. I had a Dr Pepper in 05' and my throat couldn't handle it. Too bad the Illuminati used mind control and makes me pay for bottled water!

Yep. About 4½ litres so a bit bigger than a US gallon. Anyone drinking that much water is going to feel very weird from diluting the level of salt in their body.

ErectMedia 11-23-2014 04:49 AM

I tried something similar. I Fapped daily :jerkoff for a month instead of my normal 2-3 times a week and I did notice mixed results...

On the positive side: I was happier and younger looking
On the negative side: wrist/elbow spasms, palm callouses, although I look younger I also look tired as hell as I beat the life outta me :2 cents:

Matt 26z 11-23-2014 05:08 AM

You better be eating a lot of nutritious foods before you drink a gallon of water a day. Water washes vitamins and minerals out of the body. Drinking too much water can actually kill.

Go low carb, especially paleo. Then hit the gym. You'll easily hit 1 gallon a day.

I drink water when I'm thirsty. Am I doing it wrong?

TheSquealer 11-23-2014 10:14 PM

Its pretty obvious the pics are lighted differently to make it appear as they do. That said... uhm... yeah, you might get a little bloated and water, among other places is stored in your skin... so of course if you jam a hose down your throat, you're going to look a bit different. Add sodium and increase glycogen stores through diet and you'll look even more different. There is absolutely nothing you can do for 7 days thats going to have a significant impact on health.

Believe it or not, the answer to that is "yes". By the time you experience thirst, you are already dehydrated.

Maybe thats why the article said she did it for 4 weeks.

And actually when your body gets used to having a higher water intake, it stores less because it isnt in dehydration mode anymore.

I've worked for long periods of time (months) doing very hard work for 12 -14 hours a day in high temperatures wearing full body armor, and easily went through 3 - 5 gallons of water a day. The trick was to drink enough so that your urine stayed clear, because dehydration would set in fast in those conditions and cause lots of problems.

EngineCash 11-24-2014 05:56 AM

This is really true... :) I don't know about this before/after difference, but water is really a source of our life, and everybody should drink as much as can... :thumbsup

RummyBoy 11-24-2014 06:05 AM

The two most important things:

(1) Water (a lot of it)

(2) Oranges (immediately you can see your skin improve)

i don't think its dangerous, but it definitely helps you piss away any nutrients you are consuming before they can help any. I'm talking over consumption here.

michael.kickass 11-24-2014 11:32 AM

Sorry but I don't believe it.

LAJ 11-24-2014 11:38 AM

Anytime there is a before and after photo, there is always trickery with lighting, posing, etc. It's bullshit and completely detracts from the point being made IMO.

Xenophage 11-24-2014 11:58 AM

I don't see any difference.

Second photo is an obvious setup (lightning, etc)

DWB 11-24-2014 12:45 PM

Pics are BS but it's a no brainer that you need water. Almost every living thing dies without it.

Joshua G 11-24-2014 12:54 PM

drinking more water makes your bowels move better. When i dont drink enough it feels like a large rock is up my ass & it wont fit out the pooper. then i drink some prune juice. problem solved.
